CEO Tore Johnson urged the NTC to quickly issue 3G licences with clear regulatory terms. He said that if NTC issued 3G licences by the third quarter as planned, DTAC could start buidling a network with a possible investment of two to three billion baht in the fourth quarter and additional five to ten billion baht would be spent on 3G in 2010.

Thailand's rice exports dropped 38% year-on-year in January to about 630,000 tonnes . The drop was mainly due to weak demand and the relatively high price of Thai white rice , which is propped up by government intervention in the domestic market . I agree with the CEO of True Move Co,Ltd. Because the third-generation system (3G) is a new alternative for True Move customer.
Although the current economic slowdown but I believe it’s may be has a little effect for this project.

EU seeks joint economic action
SUMMARY
EU finance ministers on Tuesday urged coordinated action to tackle the economic crisis, against a backdrop of increasing criticism over French "protectionist" moves in its auto sector.
With Europe in a growing recession the ministers agreed to work together on ways to deal with their banks' "toxic assets" which are hampering lending.
They also looked at the progress of a 200-billion euro (260-billion dollar) stimulus package designed to kickstart their ailing economies. Overall the cry went out to avoid the temptation of protectionism at all costs.
PERSONAL RESPONSE
I agree with Czech Finance Minister of French because our ambition is to ensure that at the highest levels there should be a clear 'no' to protectionism and French whose country holds the EU's rotating presidency.
I don’t agree with France by name but the European Union's top competition regulator expressed concern Tuesday about France's plan to bolster its auto industry, which has also drawn fire from the Czechs and German industry.

Opinion
I agree with Ministry of commerce, because the cost increase in a little but trader will taking advantage of the occasion from the fuel price increase. I think, trader take more advantage from customer too much. When the fuel price reduce but trader don’t reduce price of goods.

Central bank governor: Thai economy to grow 0-2% in 2009
Summary
The Bank of Thailand has talk about project of Thai economic in this year. It will be grow up 0-2% and 2-4%. After that IMF estimate situation the world economic is slow down and economic in Asian must be short. However Thai economic can grow up in this obstacle.

KBank eyes shopping spree for good assets
Summary

Farmers block road in Tak
Summary : This news is about Farmers block road in Tak..1,000 farmers blocked a road in Mae Sot district to demand the government to speed up payments under the corn pledging program.So The farmers started blocking the Mae Sot-Muang district road at in the morning.Mae Sot district chief Kitti Tomornsak tried but failed to convince the farmers to leave the road. Therefore, The farmers said they had sold their corns under the pledging program three months ago but they have not yet received money from the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives.
