DTAC may lift 3G spending
DTAC also plans to spend a larger investment portion on its 3G network thisyear if the National Telecommunications Commission comes out with the new licensing terms and conditions.
CEO Tore Johnson urged the NTC to quickly issue 3G licences with clear regulatory terms. He said that if NTC issued 3G licences by the third quarter as planned, DTAC could start buidling a network with a possible investment of two to three billion baht in the fourth quarter and additional five to ten billion baht would be spent on 3G in 2010.
Response
In my opinion, businessman do business for profit. The only way to enable consumers to receive the maximum benefits, government regulations require that the law allows consumers to not concessionaire. Government should have measures to make all three parties are satisfied, the business the consumers and own government.

Auto sales plunge 30% in January
Summary
In this yeas, car sales in January decrease from last year about 29.81 percent. That because the customers worry in economic impacts. All of auto companies’ sales are plunge so they ask the government to reduce VAT and excise taxes to solve this situation.
Response
After I read this news, I think the government should resolve the effect of economic impacts in the first because that a reason of the problem. And then the people’s trust in economic will increase. After that, car sales will come to normal.

Thailand's GDP will never fall to -4%
Thailand's GDP will never fall to -4%
Miss aroonrote srisurin No. 11 Section: 6911
Summary
Deputy Prime Minister Kobsak Sabhavasu said that Thailand’s GDP will not low as much as -4%, as suggested by economist Olarn Chaipravat. Mr Olarn said that if there is no stimulus measure, the GDP could contract 4.05% due to the slump in auto and electronics industry. Mr. Kobsak said that we should not worry too much about growth but we should worry about unemployment.
Personal response
In my opinion, I agreed with Mr. Kobsak that we should worry about unemployment rather than the number of GDP because we should focus on poor people not rich people.
