Cabinet approves Bt1.9 billion to pay compensations to stranded tourists

The caretaker Cabinet Tuesday approved a budget of Bt1.9 billion to pay compensations to Thai and foreign tourists stranded because of the seizures of the Suvarnabhumi and Don Murang airports.Deputy Government Spokeswoman Suparat Nakboonnam said each tourist would receive Bt2,000 a day for being unable to fly home from November 25 to December 9.

Personal Response:
In my opinion, I agree too because tourist stricken and they not can to go home. The government receives money to them. They have a good view to Thailand and would like to come again.
